(More customer reviews)Bought one for everyone in my family. Works as advertised. The best feature is the noise-canceling/filtering which eliminates background noise from the call. I have used other car speakerphone devices and most suffered from one of two basic problems. One: The speaker is not loud enough to hear the caller. Two: The microphone is not sensitive enough for the caller to hear you. This item suffers from neither issue. The speaker is loud enough to hear the caller in most situations, even with a window down. Also, the microphone picks up your voice and sufficiently filters out background noise so that the caller hears a very clear voice that does not sound muffled or like you are talking in a wind tunnel (yes, even with the window down). I use this product almost every day, it is virtually flawless.
