(More customer reviews)Just like the other reviewer, I thought this unit would have it all. It does have it all, unfortunately it all never quite works right. When you turn it on, there is a loud whirring noise like gears turning, but I don't think it has gears. That can last for several minutes. It periodically cuts out, with the radio signal interrupted at regular intervals, and then will jump by itself from radio to iPod. When it jumps to iPod, it starts at the first song in the library, so wherever you had it set - playlist, artist, album, etc. - gets cleared and you have to search all over again. It also periodically forgets all the radio pre-sets and you have to re-enter those. Sometimes it will keep playing after you turn it off, so you will get back in your car and turn it on and the playlist is 30 minutes or an hour or a day down the road, depending on how long you were out of the car. I also had a similar experience as the other reviewer with their customer service. Automated response to e-mail that said they had answers to most problems on the web - they don't. And a wait time when I called over 25 minutes. I don't believe there is anybody there. This company is probably just some con man in New Jersey selling Chinese prison labor products and then dodging the unhappy customers.
