This GROM unit is extremely faulty. I bought mine last year and it hasn't worked 100% at all. It's very glitchy and prone to bugs and crashes. The manufacturer claims that they have firmware that is specific for each vehicle but in reality they are lying. They claim that they have engineers working on firmware that they claim will be released at a certain date but their firmware never releases on time and when they do it makes things worse.
They do not do adequate testing on their products and their units are a complete piece of crap.
Their customer service people are not helpful at all either.
