(More customer reviews)I would be rating this radio/DVD player 5 stars if it were not for the irritating problems coupled with complete lack of customer support. It has good (and loud) sound and it really does play DVDs and MP3 files off SD cards. However, the file system for the SD card resets easily and defaults to the same song. And my preset radio stations have disappeared twice. The user interface to the radio is really snazzy - you can turn the bright touch-screen off at night! The user interface to the SD card is inadequate, and you can't turn off the touch-screen. A firm-ware fix would be really nice, except 2 trouble-ticket on their WWW site spawned no-reply emails that they had not heard from me for a couple days so they were closing my ticket. I never heard from them at all and found no response to my issue at their WWW site. This unit does not exist as far as the WWW site is concerned. Note - If you have an older car that has no parking brake wire, just ground that wire from the radio and trust yourself to NEVER play video while driving.
