Once on the road, I could not voice dial a number/name and if I used my cell phone to call a specific name or number, the conversation was either garbled or the call would cut off. I returned my unit. I initially purchased two of these Bluetooth units and gave one as a gift. I hope that one works better than mine. Will not know for another week or two.I must admit, I did love the fact that it was very easy to operate and thought I had finally found the perfect answer to hands free calling.

This hands free car kit operates well. I found that the phone book is quite hard to set but all other features are simple to use.
